This Privacy Policy explains how Spiritual Me LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the 10+ Games app and tenplusgames.com (the “Service”).

10+ Games is built for kids ages 6 and up (Apple Kids Category). We collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

### In the app

• Local gameplay data — progress, settings, and unlocks stored on your device (for example via on-device storage). We do not require an account.
• Purchases — handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the Kids Category build.
• No precise location, contacts, or microphone collection for gameplay.

### On the website

• If you contact us through the support form, we receive the name, email, and message you submit so we can reply.
• We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking on the marketing site in v1.

2. How we use information

• To operate and improve the Service
• To respond to parent/guardian support requests
• To fulfill App Store purchases and restore entitlements
• To comply with law

We do not sell personal information. We do not use behavioral advertising directed at children.

3. Sharing

We may share information with:

• Apple — for App Store distribution, purchases, and platform services
• Service providers — such as email delivery for support messages, under contractual limits
• Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety

A first-party banner that links to the Spiritual Me® company website does not involve selling data to third-party ad networks.

4. Children’s privacy (COPPA)

Because the app is directed at children under 13, we minimize data collection and do not require personal information to play. Parents can contact us at peace@spiritualme.com with privacy questions or requests related to information submitted via the website contact form.

5. Parental gate

Before purchases or links that leave the app (including Terms, Privacy, and the company-website banner), the app shows a parental gate intended to involve a grown-up.

6. Data retention

Local app data remains on the device until you delete the app or clear data. Support emails are retained as needed to respond and for ordinary business records.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
